What are your hours of operation?
While we don’t work 24/7, we understand that some errands need to be done outside of regular working hours. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to book 24 hours in advance?
Although it isn’t necessary, we recommend as much notice as possible.
What is the “Peace of Mind” Monthly Plan?
This plan is great for unexpected errands. Forgot something at the office? Need something shipped right away? Have a last-minute gift to purchase? Travelling soon and want information
on your destination? Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it for you.
What are the benefits of being on a monthly plan?
The benefits include priority service, advance notice of promotions, and/or an additional discount. Also, there are no minimum time requirements (timed in 15 minute increments).
How do I know if the monthly plan is suitable for me?
We offer a one month trial period. You may also cancel anytime by giving one month advance notice.
Escape Errands does not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or otherwise transfer any personal information about our clients. We treat any information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent unless required by law.
Is there anything you won’t do?
We are able to assist you with all your requests as long as they are legal, moral, and ethical.
